“About 3 years ago I developed an extreme case of ‘tennis elbow’ which resulted in hardly being able to put any pressure on my right arm. Not surprisingly, I sought the help of numerous physios but 9 months later there was almost no progress. Enter Paula, stage right! Within just a few sessions (3 or maximum 4) I was almost back to normal. Paula uses multiple therapies - I was often hooked up to electric pulses, ultrasound, acupuncture and deep tissue massage all at the same time. Second, and critically, Paula’s sessions last for an hour not 30 minutes. I have regularly revisited Paula as much for preventative reasons as for urgent treatment. I would now not go anywhere else, regardless of price or proximity.”

I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have had Paula as my physio over the last 20 + years. Like many middle-aged men who try to be sporty, I seem to injure myself on a regular basis! However, Paula always comes to the rescue. She is an outstanding Physiotherapist, incredibly thorough and diligent but also extremely sensible in terms of the exercises that she gives one to supplement her treatment. Her attention to detail is second to none. She is very sporty herself so understands the type of injuries one is likely to pick up. I cannot recommend her more highly and I look forward to her keeping me active for the next 20 years!

I would like to highly recommend Paula Jones. When I had my hip replacement operation, 2.5 years ago, she was tremendously helpful with my rehabilitation and recovery programme including Hydro Therapy. My Surgeon was really pleased and impressed with both the speed and the extent of my recovery. Since then I have had two occasions to consult Paula with entirely different issues. On both occasions, she solved the problem in a highly effective, speedy, and professional manner. Based on my experiences, I have no hesitation in recommending Paula. I will certainly continue to seek her professional services should I have any problems in the future.
